We believe data is the difference between good and great.

OUR FOUNDER
Meet Meghan
From the very start, I was hooked on making things work better. My first job—a high school internship in a hospital’s IT helpdesk—started as filing paper faxes. But I quickly spotted bigger opportunities: I proposed a digital fax system, redesigned how data was entered, and used that data to streamline operations and onboard new hires. One project led to another, and I stayed for seven years, all while earning my degree.
That experience sparked a passion for using data to unlock efficiency. Over my career, I’ve sought out ways to dig deeper—going beyond surface-level metrics to find the insights that truly move an org forward.
Over time, I’ve also seen the same pattern repeat itself: most organizations know data matters, but the leap from “we should” to “we’re doing it” feels overwhelming. The idea of adding headcount or diverting resources from other priorities stalls progress before it even starts.
I started Krause Analytics to change that. We give organizations a clear, achievable path forward—whether that’s building analytics processes, setting up tools, advising leadership, or even helping to hire and structure their own teams. We meet teams where they are, making use of the tools they already have, while building for the scale they want.
WE BELIEVE
Data isn’t just for corporations with large analytics teams and big budgets.
It doesn’t have to be complicated or require expensive tools.
It doesn't have to be difficult or complicated
Or require expensive tools and extra headcount to manage
But it can mean a world of difference to a small business
It means they can
Change their strategies confidently
Help their teams be more successful
Which means more leaders with big plans can succeed.
We help leaders make confident, high-impact decisions by building simple, connected systems that turn real-world context into meaningful, actionable insight.
WHAT MATTERS TO US
Our Values
Decision-first mindset
Adoption drives outcomes
Simplicity accelerates progress
Connection beats silos
Context over perfection
Technical precision matters, but relevance wins. Operators need insight that reflects how the business actually runs.
