My first job was filing paper faxes in a hospital IT department. I stayed seven years because I kept finding the next thing worth fixing.  Since then, I've carried revenue targets, built analytics functions from scratch, and worked across industries, including automotive, media, fintech, and B2B SaaS.

I founded Krause Analytics to work directly with the leaders who feel the weight of every misallocated dollar. I bring three things simultaneously: business judgment, technical depth, and an understanding of why teams adopt some systems and quietly abandon others. Most firms separate those. I don't.
